Day #21- Monday May 9th-MY LAST POST!!!

   So I’m going to be quite honest with you when I say I am so glad that today is my last day of posting. Although that’s true, this assignment has been a real eye opener for me and has made me change a few things. This assignment also motivated me to find ways to deal with my stress and find quick, easy and healthy recipes. I do have to say that I am sorry that this wasn’t as organized as I would like it to have been, but hey it’s all there. I also hope that my blog is what you were looking for.

Anyways this is the last meal plan that I have to do;
Breakfast:  Whole wheat Toast and pear slices with a tea

Lunch: Ham and Swiss sandwich on a whole wheat bun

Snack: Chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk

Dinner: Rosemary Chicken with a baked potato and asparagus

Dessert: Fruit such as; strawberries, blueberries, mango and papaya  

And there it is my 21 day blog posts for Culminating. Even though it’s been great I am outtie for good yo! Peace...lol

Day# 20- Sunday May 8th- Mother's Day

   So since my Birthday was the night before my son stayed with his dad that night. Now my plans were to sleep in then pick up my son at around 4 p.m for a BBQ. Now why I though that plan would work, I don’t know I just figured that children should be with their moms on Mother’s day. Oh no... Jared decided he was going to take my son out and completely forget about me. Because of this happening I became really upset and slept the whole day until about 6 p.m. I didn’t eat much but I wanted to get ride of some anger so I punched a punching back for about an hour. After that I was completely drained and when back to bed.

Day#19- Saturday May 7th- MY BIRTHDAY!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!... Yay!!...so it was my birthday this day. I’m a whole 21 years old now, man I’m getting old... But with old age comes stress... Unfortunately I was pretty stressed out on my Birthday and I just needed to relax. So I went on YouTube to try and find a video to help me relax and oh man did I ever find one. Any time you’re stressing watch this and just let go.
 Well today was a bit better than Alex’s birthday when it comes to healthy eating, but not by much.


Breakfast: Pancakes with fruit

(I skipped on lunch because I had a late breakfast.)

Dinner:   12 grain Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and an ice cap supreme


Snack: left over ice-cream cake

Day#18- Friday May 6th- MY BABY BOYS 3RD BIRTHDAY!!!


Happy Birthday to my baby!x 4...lol  So today was a great day! I didn’t have school and it was my little guys 3rd birthday. We had such a great time! Everything and anything he wanted to do we did.  In the morning Alex and I ate breakfast then cuddled to a movie. After the movie we got ready to go out. We took him to McDonalds for his birthday as a little treat, because that’s what he wanted. Then we went over to Busy Bodies indoor playground and played around for about 2-3 hours. When we left there I picked up my mom and took Alex to Toy’s R Us so he could pick out his own toys. Anyways the day goes on but I’m sure you don’t need every detail.

Anyways I’m going to be very honest with you; I ate very unhealthy that day.
What can I say? It was birthday weekend!
The following is a list of all the fun food I ate:

Breakfast: I think was the only healthy meal I ate all day. I had 1/2 a grapefruit and a piece of toast

Lunch: Since I hadn’t had McDonalds in quite a while I went big...lol I got a Big Mc meal with an ice tea. Oh man did I ever feel like poop after that.

Dinner: Alex got to pick his dinner so we ate; chicken, mash potatoes and gravy with some veggies on the side.


Oh let's not forget Birthday Cake!! I got him the best cake ever!! He LOVED it! I bought him a icecream cake with the transformers on it. Alex is really into the transformers F.Y.I...lol

Day # 17- Thursday May 5th

            As the days get closer to the end of the module and my days for posting and homework are limited I’m starting to freak out a bit, which once again is messing up my sleeping and eating habits. My body has become real weird. I’m tired all day from being up late doing home work, which I’m sure has been noticed lately. Then when it comes time to go to bed I get this random burst of energy and I can’t fall asleep. Yah it’s pretty poopy!
I just wish I could sleep like I used to, like a baby!

Anyways today was not the best day the following is what I ate this day:

Breakfast:   chocolate chip cookie with an orange pekoe tea

Lunch: apple slices, homemade sandwich (9 grain bread, tomato, lettuce, black forest ham, and mozzarella cheese...Yum)

Snack: chocolate milk and yes another cookie. I can’t help myself they’re so good…lol

Once again I skipped on dinner but hey what can you do? ...I just wasn’t hungry



Day #16- Wednesday May 4th

 So I’ve noticed that I have been fixated on healthy eating only and have completely forgotten about one major factor of being healthy-working out. The problem I have with that is I hate working out. I need something that’s going to be fun and quick. I don’t like doing repetition workouts that last 2 hours. So I figured why not try and find a fun workout to do? Even though my posts are almost done I want to try to keep up my diet even take it to another level by adding a work out. So after searching through YouTube I found a couple of workouts I liked. The one that caught my eye the most was…… The Micah Bo- Advanced workout. Even though it is an advanced workout it doesn’t look that bad. So I plan on trying it before my posts are done this way I can tell you how it went. I added the video to my post so you can see what workout I’m doing. Anyways wish me luck and ill tell you all about it on another post. J

O.k. so stress has been getting at me now for many reasons. One reason would be school; trying to get homework done on time even simply getting there on time. Things have been getting in the way of homework and I feel like I’m behind on my work. This week is also a big week it's Alex's birthday on the 6th, mine on the 7th, and mother's day on the 8th. Finding time for school work, Alex and planning things got a bit stressful. Not to mention all of the "stuff" going on at home.
 
   Anyways, the stress has really gotten my stomach going.
This day was not a healthy day. The following is a list of what I ate this day;

Breakfast: a chocolate cookie and an earl grey tea

Snack: granola bar with a small chocolate milk

Sadly enough to say that is all I had that day.
