Day #3

   So again I am writing for the day before because it just seems I never have enough time. Who would have thought? :-o
   So once again yesturday was an aweful eating day. I've come to the conclusion that stress is really effecting my eating and sleeping habits. Normally when I am stressed I barely eat, that's if I eat anything at all. What I really need to work on is figuring out how to manage stress effectively so I don't have this problem. Unfortunately it seems that no matter what I do things always happen that drive me to freak out. This being said my next post or one shortly after is going to be on ways to manage stress/ things I can do to relax a little.
