Day #1- The first day of my journey to a healthier life style :)

   I'm sure you're wondering why I'm posting so late, well it's simple. My son and I always cuddle and watch a movie to put him to sleep. My plan was when he falls asleep to get up, sneak out and do some homework. As you can see things just didn’t work out that way. Luckily I woke up which is why I am writing this at 12:50 A.M. Like they say better late then never...Lol.


   An ways my plan is to write a little everyday about how my day went, if I stayed on track with my diet, or if something/someone got in the way. So here goes....


   Today wasn't such a bad day. For the most part I stayed with nutritious food. This is a list of items I ate and drank throughout the day. Now you have to take into consideration I do have I.B.S so there will be days I don’t eat as much as I probably should. At times I just feel like poop or it’s just not worth the pain so I just don't want to eat (I don't have an eating disorder). Yah yah yah Chesser I’m working on it!!


Breakfast- 1 Oatmeal muffin, a large Chai tea with three sugars, and a Red bull (I know shame, shame).


Lunch- 1 small Vanilla yogurt (100g), apple slices (about ½ of an apple worth), bread with butter and a bottle of fresh cold water.


Snack- 1/2 bag of pretzels and water.


Dinner- 1/4 of a chicken breast and 2 pieces of broccoli. Unfortunately my stomach just wasn’t having it by dinner time.


   I also made a Neocitren tea when I woke up from my “nap” with Alex, about 12:40 A.M
Oh and now that I remember I do have a little secret. Mirela gave me 3 caramel filled Cadbury eggs today, but I was strong!! I shared with my boyfriend and my little man.


   So all-in-all I would say it was an alright day. I could have done better when it came to my choice of beverages and snack. I could have passed on the chocolate egg but lets be serious I LOVE caramel. I should be the lady on the Tim Horton’s commercial for the caramel café mocha. DODODODOOOO I LOVE CARAMEL!!...lol. That being said I’m gonna try to have more will- power and stick to it.
