1) An area of my health that I think I could improve on would be my eating habits. I tend to eat a lot of junk food. Sugary, high fat foods, the tastiest but the worst. I think if i started eating more nutritious food a lot of positive things/benefits would come out of it. Such as having more energy, losing weight, gaining some self-esteem, even just simply feeling better.
I can set up my calendar in a way to help me by keeping my entries separate from other work so I don't get confused. Also organize my calendar in such a way that I have everything planned out for the next 21 days or so. Writing down my meals for that day will help me to know what steps I need to take to make my food. I feel this calendar will be a beneficial/crucial part to my success.
2) One my calendar I will include entries such as; what I ate that day, what may have got in my way of reaching my goal, how I felt that day, any changes in my moods or physical aspects, etc.
Things I talked about like the foods I ate or my mood that day can be reflected in a visual way. Pictures of foods or a smiley face. I can also add videos that may be associated to what I spoke about. Like a video of making healthy dinners, or maybe an exercise I did that day. There are many ways I can incorporate my blogs into some sort of design or visual.
3) I do want to blog on the weekends about my progress, but can’t promise to do so. I will blog some days on the weekend but may not every weekend unless I find time to do so. The weekdays will be my targeted days to blog. I will have a blog for every day Monday thru Friday.
4) As I stated before I will have various forms of artwork. Pictures and videos will be my main form of artwork. Also my background and design/format will help. I may include picture of what I ate and picture of myself.
5) I plan to have my calendar on a blog. Obviously my design will be a little limited but I am sure I can do almost everything it is I want to do. Unfortunately I am not the most creative person so I think that having my calendar online and as a blog will help me to create something beautiful.
