Day #14- Monday May 2nd
So instead of writing about everything I ate, my goal for today was to find some easy healthy recipes. The reason I did this was to expand on the types of foods I eat, find recipes that are quick and easy to make so I have time with my little guy and find something to eat that won’t bother my I.B.S. This link has 1001 easy to follow recipes that are a healthy choice for all. I plan on trying at least one or two recipes from the link before my blog posts are over. One thing that I was looking at was Pizza for Alex and that will be on a post eventually.
