Day#13- Sunday May 1st

   For some reason this day I wasn’t feeling to well. I woke up sweating and nauseous and even though I had a good night sleep I was very tired. It was really weird because it only lasted a few hours before I started feeling better. It was a beautiful day outside so I was out playing with Alex for most of the day which gave me the physical activity I needed for the day.  
The following is a list of what I ate that day;

Brunch (not quite breakfast not quite lunch, kind of in the middle.): 1 piece of toast with a ginger and mint tea

Dinner: Normally, I’m not a left over type of person but when it comes to crab legs why not?! I started to feel better by this time so I ate almost the same dinner as the night before.
-crab legs and corn on the cob but instead of lobster and baked potato I substituted it for some rapini and asparagus.

So it wasn’t one of my greatest days but my dinner definitely made up for it.
