Day#12- Saturday April 30th

So as for many weekends, those days happen to be my best eating days. I think it’s because Oh and let me tell you today I had the best dinner. Today was also a very good eating day for me I think I stoke to my goal of eating healthy and not letting things get in the way.


The following is my meals for the day;


Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, two apple cinnamon pancakes and a mint tea


Lunch: tuna melt on whole wheat bread, sliced fruit and a glass of water.


Snack: veggies and dip


Dinner: Now here’s the good one! Crab legs, lobster, corn on the cob and a baked potato. Man it was amazing I was basically a few of my favourite foods in one meal J
