Ok so this is getting kind of annoying. Every time I catch up with my posts something gets in the way of me continuing so I find myself having to post for three days or however many days at once. I try my hardest to keep track of everything I eat, this way if I can’t post beacause I have it all written down.
Anyways, this post is for Thursday April the 28th.
Thursday from what I wrote down seems like a good day. Besides all of the personal "stuff" going on, i ate fairly well. The following is a list of what I ate that day.
Breakfast: a bowl of honey nut cherrios.
Lunch: 12 grain bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and a carrot muffin with a chai tea.
Snack: apple slices with crackers (peanutbutter and honey on top).
Dinner: chicken breast with vegies
All in all I would have to say definitely a good day.
