Yay so I am finally caught up again. Now I did say that one of my posts would be on stress management and now that I am finally caught up I think that todays post will be just that. Like a stated before stress is a big factor in my eating habits and I need to find ways to deal with it. This way I am not struggling with I.B.S symptoms and I can continue eating nutritious foods.
So I visited a few website and got a couple different examples. This link has 10 ways to manage stess and I am going to try and follow them. I am hoping that if I go along with these guide lines that there will be a change in my eating habits and I am sure you'll notice any changes through my blog.
