Day#8- First day back to school

Yes I’m writing for the previous day once again, but whatever as long as it’s there right?!
   
  
So school seems to be a down fall when it comes to eating all my meals and keeping it healthy. I’m always rushing to get out of the door and seem to never have enough time to eat breakfast or pack myself a healthy lunch. Even when I wake up extra early something happens that stops me from doing it. In that case I find myself having to buy breakfast and lunch. Dinner is a different story I can normally have a healthy dinner. That being said here is my list of the foods I ate;
Breakfast: Apple slices and an oatmeal muffin with a chai tea.
Lunch: A vitamin water (horrible I know)
Snack: sweet bread and a glass of water
Dinner: Veggies and dip with some fruit (apple, strawberries and pineapple) with a glass of water.
Although it wasn’t the best day, I did keep to my plan of nutritious eating. J Lets keep in mind I obviously drink alot more fluids then I write about.
So that was my Monday!
