Day#7- Monday of the Long Weekend

   O.k. so I’m trying to finally catch up with all my blog posts. It’s kind of hard since I don’t have a computer at home, and my access is somewhat limited. The point here is I’m tryingJ.

   So now I’m going two days back, but the good thing is I’ve written everything down on paper, well at least most of it. That day was a pretty crappy day in general. It was raining out and for some reason weather really affects my moods, even though I try to not let it. So I felt kind of lousy. My son was being a little difficult to handle because he was locked indoors most of the day. So… the stress levels went up.

Here is a list of the things I ate on Monday;

Breakfast: ½ a grapefruit and a tea

Lunch: chicken noodle soup with a toast (Egyptian grain) and a glass of apple juice.

Snack: apple slices with peanut butter

Dinner: Left over’s from Easter Sunday dinner; Mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and carrots, rapini, etc.


Food wise I stayed with my plan of eating nutritious foods which is always a good thing...Yay!
